The HorseDream Leadership Framework | 30 Years of Experiential Learning

What began in 1996 as an experiment in equine-assisted learning has grown into an international network of licensed partners and EAHAE members worldwide. Through:
  • Executive trainings
  • Team development programs
  • Train-the-Trainer seminars
  • International conferences
  • Weekly global exchanges
a clear structure has emerged.
Not imposed.
Not invented overnight.
But refined through practice.

The Four Dimensions of Leadership Development

Over time, four essential leadership dimensions crystallized.
Together, they form a coherent developmental architecture for leadership, team and organizational development.

1️⃣ Situational Leadership

The Circle of Leading Positions

Behind.
Leading a horse reveals a simple truth:
There is no single correct leadership style.
Effective leaders adapt.
