A Licensed HorseDream Partner can become a HorseDream License Holder of a country, a state, a town or a personal or company name.  HorseDream License Holders can use the HorseDream brand exclusively in their area. Country license holders are authorized to certify partners and trainers, and state license holders are authorized to certify trainers.
